The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic downtown of Manitou Springs walk out the front door to unique shops, (no chain stores here),  fantastic restaurants, and wonderful art galleries.
Every 3rd Friday in the summer there is an Art Walk around town through 12 different galleries with the galleries providing drinks and snacks. Tuesday nights the Manitou Springs Library Summer Concert Series is held on the lawn next door. We have balcony seating from our front porch. We serve wine and cheese to our guests as we listen. Enjoy the live music! Hiking trails are all around us and we can direct you and have maps.

Manitou is proud for their many excellent restaurants, each one is very different from the next. We have a wide variety from Polish, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and American. Just like our shopping, you will not find these restaurants anywhere else. Again all within walking distance from our front door. We have a collection of menus here at the Avenue and are able to make recommendations.   Each one of us has our own favorites!

Breakfast and Beyond Cookbook

 The Breakfast and Beyond Cookbook is a collection of 390 recipes collected over years by Innkeeper, Gwenn David from the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast, a Colorado bed and breakfast in Manitou Springs. The treasure of recipes not only include recipes from the fabulous breakfast served at the B&B but also drinks, appetizers, main dishes and more. The recipes are easy to follow and for every level cook.  Some of the recipes can be viewed and tested from the Avenue Hotel Bed and breakfast recipe page on the website.
